Amplifi.io provides powerful and flexible CSV export options so that you can easily send data to downstream publishing points or other channels. What happens when you want to edit the CSV data for importing? You could use a spreadsheet application such as Excel, but you will find that these apps are heavy and try to interpret your data in ways that is not helpful such as removing leading or trailing zeros from a UPC or EAN code or other issues such as inability to open fields that may contain multiple lines of text with carriage returns. There are some really simple tools for working CSV files of which you might not be aware. They are really useful and lightweight and provide you a tabular view of your data and even have tools for find and replace and other ways to update your data that you can control. Some of these tools are free, some open source, and some premium. Here is a list that can get you started finding the right tool for you.
