Share Files Via Email to Multiple Recipients
Amplifi Collection folders can be shared to multiple users via Email. The files can be shared to system users or non-system users via Email. Note that the receiver of the shared files via Email can download the file and can view the content of the file such as the general information, variants, details, file metadata and attributes.
To share collection folder via Email address:
On the home page. Browse the Collection Folder using the Search feature or Advance Search feature.
Click the share button of your desired files. Both share button on the file thumbnail and General information will work fine.
Then type the email address in the email text field. You can enter multiple recipients in the email text field.
Type the subject of the email.
Click send button and the recipients will receive an email containing the link to the asset.
Your file is now shared via Email.
