One of the great features that we have is having the ability to filter your data. This filter feature helps optimize the data that will be displayed in the Collection Folder / File page. You can use multiple filters for a more optimized result.

To activate the Filter feature:

1. Click the Magnifying glass on the search bar to navigate over to the Folders and Files page.

2. Click the Funnel icon on the left side of the Folders tab. The Funnel icon will open the Filters selection.

3. Select any Filters that will help optimize your displayed result.

4. To deselect the Filters, just click the checkbox again or just click the “Clear” button to deselect all selected Filters.
