PXM allows you to brand your instance with your own logo and images to match your organization's identity.
Accessing Branding Settings
Navigate to Settings (left sidebar) → System → General, then scroll to the Themes section.
What You Can Customize
Each section displays the recommended dimensions and aspect ratio directly above the image field. Use those specs when preparing your files before uploading.
Logo Image — Your organization's logo, displayed throughout the instance on the left side of the main search bar
Banner Image — The main visual banner displayed on the front/home page
Share & Download Page Background — Background image shown in share links and lightboxes
Email Header Image — Header image used in emails sent from PXM
Important Note
You will need to upload the images to PXM first then select the desired image for each theme.
Branding changes only affect the UI appearance of your specific instance — they don't change platform functionality.
