Team account and shared credits

Amplifiles lets you invite multiple users into one shared account. Your team can collaborate on videos, reuse templates and branding, and spend credits from the same shared balance. Adding additional users is free.

This setup is designed for agencies, brokerages, and in house teams that want everyone working in one place.

How team access works

When you invite new users to your Amplifiles account:

  • Everyone works inside the same workspace

  • All videos are visible to the full team

  • Saved templates, graphics, and branding are shared

  • All users spend credits from the same credit pool

Credits are purchased by Admin users and shared automatically. There is no extra cost for adding more users to the team.

How to invite users

Only Admin users can invite new team members.

  1. Click Team from the left side menu

  2. Enter the user’s email address

  3. Select the role, Admin or Editor

  4. Send the invitation

The invited user will receive an email and can join the team from there.

User roles

Amplifiles supports two user roles. Both roles can create videos and see all videos created by the team.


Admin

  • Create videos

  • See all team videos

  • Invite users to the team

  • Manage user roles

  • Purchase and manage credits

Editor

  • Create videos

  • See all team videos

  • Use shared templates and branding

  • Use credits purchased by the Admin

Editors cannot invite users or buy credits.

Do I need a special plan?

No. Team functionality is included in a single Amplifiles account. You can invite users and assign roles without upgrading to a separate plan.
