Start and End frames

The start–end image feature lets you define the first and last frame of an animation. You can now generate the smooth motions like this inside Amplifiles.

Written by Tommi

Start and end frames let you define the beginning and end of a scene.

Creative Mode will generate the camera movement between those points automatically. Use this to:

  • Move across a space instead of staying inside one frame

  • Create smoother transitions between scenes

  • Control pacing with speed adjustments (more pace in shorter clips)

How does it work?

For best results, use start and end images that share similar elements or are visually connected. This helps the AI create more natural movement, instead of having to guess what happens between the frames.

  1. Start by adding end image.

  2. Write a animation prompt and set duration (30 credits per second)

Example prompts for start-end-scenes

Here are a few example prompts you can use for start–end scenes in Creative Mode.

Living room

Start frame: Wide shot of the living room
End frame: Close up of the sofa and coffee table

Prompt: Smooth camera move from a wide living room view toward the seating area, ending in a closer, more intimate framing.

Kitchen detail focus

Start frame: Full kitchen view
End frame: Close up of the kitchen island

Prompt: Move forward from the full kitchen into the island area, focusing on materials and details like the countertop and lighting.

Exterior to entrance

Start frame: Front of the house
End frame: Front door

Prompt: Subtle forward movement from the exterior toward the front door, like approaching the entrance.

Bedroom flow

Start frame: Bedroom wide shot
End frame: Bed and window

Prompt: Gentle movement across the room, shifting focus from the full space to the bed and natural light from the window.

With speed ramp (more dynamic)

Start frame: Living room wide
End frame: Balcony doors

Prompt: Start with a slower, calm movement from the living room, then slightly increase speed as the camera moves toward the balcony doors.
