Our studio offers a variety of classes to suit different fitness preferences and goals.
If you’re new to our studio or fitness in general, don’t worry—we’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Here's what you need to know for your first class :
✔️ All Levels Welcomed – We welcome all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.
✔️ Exercise Variations – Our coaches provide modifications throughout the class, allowing you to adjust movements based on your fitness level or comfort.
✔️ Injury or Limitations? – If you have any injuries or physical limitations, we encourage you to speak with the coach before class. They will offer adjustments to keep you safe and comfortable.
🚴 Cycling
🕒 Class duration: 45 minutes (Cycling_PLUS is a 60-minute class)
❔ Class description:
High-energy cycling cardio workouts set to motivating music in a dark room.
Combining endurance, strength, and interval training for a full-body experience, cycling classes offer a complete and fun full mind-body workout.
🚴Cycling_FOUNDATIONS
🕒 Class duration: 45 minutes
❔ Class description:
This practice is for everyone — not only new members. Focuses on building the basics and explaining every detail.

❔ Class description:
RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST 15 CYCLING PRACTICES.
This practice brings greater focus, stronger rhythm, deeper emotion, and a faster pace that keeps you fully present in every moment of the ride.
Expect more challenging combinations, a higher level of focus, and an immersive rhythm that pushes you to grow within your practice.
What to bring:
✔️ Wear comfortable workout attire.
✔️ Bring socks for your cycling shoes—studio-provided cycling shoes are available at no extra cost.
Safety and hygiene for cycling classes:
✔️ For hygiene purposes, socks are required for anyone using Amplify's provided cycling shoes
✔️ You are allowed to bring your own cycling shoes with Delta clips from home
✔️ If you do not have clips, we have them available for purchase at the studio, and our team will install them for you.

🏋️♀️ Bootcamp
🕒 Class duration: 50 minutes
❔ Class description:
These Dynamic HIIT (high-intensity interval training) bootcamp classes are designed to improve strength, cardio, and functional fitness through a mix of exercises.
Structured as a circuit, the bootcamp class includes weight exercises on the floor, followed by a portion on the treadmills.
📞 Class booking:
When booking online, you can choose where you would like to start (treadmill or floor).
These spaces are marked as TM (treadmill) or FL (floor).
There is also a DF (Double Floor) option for those who want to skip the running and stay on the floor with the weights.
What to bring:
✔️ Wear athletic clothing that allows for movement.
✔️ Bring appropriate training sneakers—barefoot participation is not permitted.
Safety and hygiene for bootcamp classes:
✔️ For safety purposes, if you do not have proper training shoes, you will not be able to participate in the class, and your credit will be returned.

🧘♀️ Yoga
Yoga classes are catered to mindfulness, flexibility, and strength. With options like Vinyasa, restorative, or power yoga, there is a class to suit all levels.
Our Yoga classes are divided into two types:
SuperFlow
🕒 Class duration: 50 minutes
❔ Class description:
Our signature SuperFlow yoga is a Vinyasa-based, soulful class open to all levels.
This dynamic, strength-based SuperFlow class uses fun and full-body flow movements to reinforce your core, improve joint health, and increase flexibility.
SuperFlow will focus on improving core muscles, allowing you to go deeper into the poses and prepare your mind and body for the challenging postures.
The SuperFlow practice includes a centering warm-up leading into the playful vinyasa flows and challenging mini-series, and ending with a relaxing cool down with a Savasana.
GentleFlow
🕒 Class duration: 50 minutes
❔ Class description:
GentleFlow Vinyasa is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure, and alignment of each posture.
GentleFlow will help you release tension, calm your mind, and center you in your space.
What to bring:
✔️ Wear stretchable, comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
✔️ No need to bring a mat—mats are provided at the studio.

👯 Barre
🕒 Class duration: 50 minutes
❔ Class description:
Barre is a blend of Pilates, ballet, and yoga.
Barre uses small, controlled movements to tone muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall strength.
Barre is efficient in lengthening, firming, and sculpting the body from head to toe and core.
What to bring:
✔️ Wear comfortable workout attire.
✔️ Socks are required for all Barre classes (available for purchase at the studio).
✔️ If you do not have any socks, your credit will be returned to your account.

🌍 Class Language & Communication
All our classes are conducted in a mix of Portuguese and English to ensure clear communication and a seamless experience for everyone.
✔️ Our team is fully fluent in English and Portuguese and happy to assist with any questions or concerns.
✔️ Instructions during classes are delivered in both languages to accommodate all participants.
