At Amplify, we strive to create a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all members, staff, and coaches.
This policy outlines the expected conduct within our studios, unacceptable behaviors to ensure a safe, professional, and distraction-free experience for everyone.
1. Respect for Staff, Coaches & Fellow Members
All individuals in our studio are expected to treat staff, coaches, and fellow members with courtesy and respect. This includes:
✔️ Speaking to staff, coaches, and other members with kindness and professionalism.
✔️ Following instructions from studio personnel and respecting their guidance.
✔️ Arriving on time and being mindful of class flow and transitions.
✔️ Keeping personal belongings in designated areas to maintain a safe and clutter-free space.
We do not tolerate:
❌ Disrespectful or aggressive language, including yelling, profanity, or offensive remarks.
❌ Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
❌ Disruptive behavior that impacts the experience of others, including excessive talking during an ongoing class.
❌ Failure to comply with studio staff requests regarding policies and safety.
If a member exhibits inappropriate behavior, Amplify reserves the right to take corrective action, including verbal warnings, removal from the class, temporary suspensions, or termination of subscription.
2. Proper Studio Etiquette & Hygiene
To ensure a positive and clean environment for all, members are expected to:
✔️ Arrive on time – Late arrivals may not be admitted per our 5-minute rule
✔️ Be present – Focus on the class and save conversations for after.
✔️ Use clean workout attire and maintain good personal hygiene.
✔️ Store personal items in designated areas—phones should be silenced and stored away.
We do not allow:
❌ Recording or taking photos/videos of other members without consent.
❌ Bringing food or open beverages (other than water) into the training rooms.
3. Consequences for Violations
Failure to adhere to any part of this policy may result in:
⚠️Verbal Warning – A reminder from staff or coaches.
⚠️Written Warning – Formal notice of policy violation.
⛔Suspension or Subscription Termination – Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from Amplify.
We appreciate your cooperation in making Amplify a respectful and positive space for all. If you have any concerns, please speak with our studio management or contact our support team.
4. Reporting a Concern
At Amplify, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members, staff, and coaches. If you ever feel uncomfortable, witness inappropriate behavior, we encourage you to report it.
✔️ How to Report a Concern:
Speak directly to a staff member or coach at the studio.
Visit the front desk and ask to speak with a manager.
If you prefer privacy, contact us via email to report the issue.

All reports are handled confidentially and with sensitivity.
You will never be penalized for raising a concern in good faith.
