1st step: Ask for a new password
Click on the link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/reset_password > Enter your email > Click on OK
You arrive on the page confirming that an email has been sent to your address to retrieve your password.
2nd step: Choose a new password
Open your email inbox > Open the email entitled "Reset password" sent by do-not-reply@bsport.io > Click on the button "I create my password"
You are now redirected on this page > Choose your new password
⚠ You need to insert twice the same password
3rd step: Connect to your account
Click on the following link and enter the following data:
The login: email address
The password created earlier
Click on "Sign-In"
You are now connected on your bsport account
