Question services for service requests
Now we support question services in service requests, so if a question form with question services is assigned to a service request type, question services will be automatically added to service requests of this type based on your answers to questions.
Access the Status screen from the Login screen
You can tap the Status icon at the bottom of the Login screen to access the Status screen if you need to re-send data to Back Office or send the mobile database to support without logging in.
