Labor Services

You can create and edit labor services which amount is calculated as labor rate multiplied by time spent on performing the services.

Note The Labor Services feature must be turned on.

Archive and unarchive inspections

You can archive an inspection or multiple inspections that you no longer need.

You can also unarchive an inspection or multiple inspections, if needed.

Archive and unarchive invoices

You can archive an invoice or multiple invoices that you no longer need.

You can also unarchive an invoice or multiple invoices, if needed.

Void and unvoid invoices

You can void an invoice or multiple invoices if they are incomplete or incorrect.

You can also unvoid an invoice or multiple invoices, if needed.

New tabs have been added to the Services page

We have added the All tab and the Labor tab to the Services page, so now you can manage labor services in an efficient way.

Note The Labor tab is shown only if the Labor Services feature is on.

When you click the All tab, you can see all kind of services, while when you click the Labor tab, you can see services with the Labor price type only.

When the Labor tab is selected, and you click Add New Service on the toolbar, the Labor price type is preselected for the new service.

Set default time for labor services

You can specify default labor time in the Default Labor Time box of labor services in the Back Office application, and this labor time will be shown by default when you add these services to inspections and work orders in mobile app.

Note If you leave the Default Labor Time box empty in the Back Office application, then “1 hour” will be shown by default in mobile app.

Tip You can always change the default labor time in mobile app, whether it is set in the Back Office application or not.
