You can add text notes to a repair order part if some additional specification, description, or comments are necessary.
Click the Menu icon, click Operations, and then click Parts Management.
Click the appropriate repair order in the list on the left side of the page.
On the right side of the screen, click the Menu icon next to the appropriate part, and then click Notes.
Type the notes that you want, and then click Add.
Note You can add notes many times (new notes do not replace existing notes) but you can enter not more than 512 characters in total.
Tip You can point to the Notes icon below the part name to view the notes.
