We have added ‘Effective Labor Utilization Report’ that shows how much you need to pay your technicians for the work they perform. 

We have added the ‘Show Arbitration Date’ option to the Vehicle section of print template configurations, so now you can define whether arbitration date must be displayed on printouts of service requests, inspections, and work orders.

You can configure showing arbitration date on invoice printouts by dragging the Arbitration Date tag from Available Columns to Displayed Columns in the Edit Columns dialog box of the Work Orders section.

We have added the ‘Admin Fee per Order’ option to commission rules so now you can define whether administration fee must be deducted from technician commissions. 

Note You can specify admin fee for commission rules with ‘Per Work Order Level’ and ‘Per Service Level’ types. If a work order or service is assigned to multiple technicians the administration fee is subtracted proportionally from the individual revenue of each technician.
