Time Reporting

You can view, add, edit, and delete records of working time spent by technicians within repair order phases and services.

Arbitration Date

Arbitration date is the date until which vehicles must be inspected and returned to the seller if any problems are found. Now, if the arbitration date is specified for a monitored work order, you can see it on the Repair Orders page and in the Repair Order detail view. 

You can also sort repair orders by arbitration date.

Sort repair orders by RO number

You can now sort repair orders by RO number from newest to oldest and vice versa.

Pin saved searches

You can pin saved searches that you often use, and then apply them in one click whenever you need.

Parts selection made easier

When you add a part service to a repair order and select parts from the list, selected parts now appear in a separate list. Also, you can select or deselect multiple parts at once.

Search for repair orders by predefined time periods

You can search for repair orders by predefined time periods, such as ‘Last Week’, ‘Last Month’, ‘Last 90 Days’, etc.

Indicating received parts in parts & labor bundle

We have added an icon that indicates whether a part is received for a labor service.

Search for repair orders by service name and task name

You can now find repair orders that include particular services and tasks.

Indicating started services in repair orders

We have added an icon that indicates whether a part is received for a labor service.
