You can disable the ‘Allow creating multiple work orders’ setting that lets you create multiple work orders from a service request. By default, this setting is turned on.
In the Service Request Type dialog box, click to clear the Allow creating multiple work orders checkbox, and then click OK.
If the ‘Allow creating multiple work orders’ setting is turned on, you will be able to create multiple work orders from service requests of this type (the ‘Create WO’ action will be available even though at least one work order has already been created).
If the ‘Allow creating multiple work orders’ setting is turned off, you will not be able to create multiple work orders from service requests of this type (the ‘Create WO’ action will not be available if at least one work order has already been created).
