You can set employee hourly rate per specific service type to override employee hourly rate in the Technician Commissions by Hourly Rates report. 

Note ‘Hourly Rate per Service Type’ is used for commission calculation if the ‘Hourly Rate per Client’ is not set.

We have made the ‘Auto-emailing’ setting available for retail customers so that final inspections and invoices can be automatically sent to their email addresses.
