You can now edit service requests from the mobile app. When you tap the ‘Edit’ button, the service request wizard shows up to let you update vehicle information, add or delete services, enter claim information, and answer questions.

If a service with clarification is assigned to vehicle parts, you can now select vehicle parts directly from the ‘Clarification’ field.

When you specify VIN (or vehicle make, model, and year), and select a catalog item for repair bundle service, then pricing information on the part, labor, and paint can populate automatically.
