You can add appointments from the ‘Service Requests’ list view and the ‘Service Request’ detail view.

In the ‘Appointments’ list view, you can view, add, edit, and delete appointments.

In the ‘Appointment’ detail view, you can specify the appointment information.

Note Default appointment location depends on the ‘Service Request Type’ setting.
