If the majority of your clients are assigned to a specific class in QuickBooks, you can set this class as default and save your time when creating new clients.
On the Clients page, click the Default QB Class drop-down list, select the appropriate class, and then click the Set button.
Now when you create a new client, the ‘Class’ setting will be automatically populated with the default value.
