You can turn on the ‘Auto-create inspection after service starts’ setting for a repair location phase and select a specific service so that when a mobile app user starts this service in a repair order - an inspection will be automatically created.

Note If you don’t select a service, an inspection is automatically created after starting any service in this phase.

You can turn on the ‘Top customers’ option on the ‘Settings’ screen and define how many customers assigned to the last created entities must be displayed on the ‘Customers’ screen when the ‘Top customers’ mode is on.
