Configure showing customer information in print template editor

We have added the Customer Info option to print template configurations that use fixed-size template editor, so now you can set up the display of customer contact information, claim details, and sales person name on printouts of inspections, work orders, and invoices. 

Required Subscriptions:

  • Features: Print Management

  • Print Package: Custom Editable Template Package

Configure hiding pre-existing damages on inspection printouts

We have added the Hide Pre-existing Damages check box to the Line Items section of inspection print template configurations, so now you can hide line items that stand for pre-existing damages.

Required Subscriptions:

  • Features: Print Management

Note The amount of hidden pre-existing damages will be excluded from inspection total amount.

ReconMonitor reports have been renamed

We have renamed the following ReconMontor reports: 

  • Repair Location Time Tracking (old name) > Vehicle Time Tracking (new name)

  • Average Repair Time Report (old name) > Repair Cycle Time (new name)

  • Repair Location Time Tracking by Phase (old name) > Phase Details by Vehicle (new name)

  • Trending Report (old name) > Cycle Time Trending (new name)

  • Duration by Phase (old name) > Repair Bottlenecks (new name)

  • Phase Duration Report (old name) > Phase Efficiency (new name)

  • Completed Phase by Vehicle (old name) > Vehicles Completed by Phase (new name)

Also, we have changed the names of the following ReconMonitor dashboards:

  • Kanban (old name) to Whiteboard (new name)

  • Executive Dashboard (old name) to Production Dashboard (new name)

Access to Production Dashboard has been extended

Now users with the Client Monitor Manager and Area Administrator roles have access to the Production Dashboard data within the scope of their roles.

Required Subscriptions:

  • Features: ReconMonitor, Recon Monitor Executive Dashboard

To view the dashboard

  • On the Monitor tab, click Production Dashboard, enter the appropriate filter settings, and then click Apply.
