Once you're logged into the platform, look for the 3D presentation tile on your dashboard. Click it to begin your session.

2. Hold Tight While It Loads
After you click to launch, your 3D presentation will start loading. This usually takes a couple of minutes, depending on the scene size and system load. We're working on making it even faster — but for now, thanks for your patience.
Seeing a long loading time?

Some complex 3D presentation can take up to 10 minutes to load fully.Waiting more than 10 minutes?

If you're on public wifi, the network may be blocking the ports required to connect. Try switching to mobile data or a different wifi network.

3. Explore the 3D presentation
Once loaded, you’re ready to dive in. Use your mouse to look around and the WASD keys to move forward, backward, or sideways. Press E to move up, Q to move down, or double-click to travel to that location.
