Whether you’re preparing for a client presentation or internal review, Scenes help you guide others through your work with clarity and control.
1. Adding New Scenes
To capture an important viewpoint:
Move the camera to a key location in the model.
Click “Add Scene” in the left-hand panel.
Fill in:
A clear title (e.g. Reception – Daylight View)
A short description outlining what’s important at that spot (e.g. Natural light testing for furniture layout)
Optionally, upload a slideshow of images, or add links to external design docs or client feedback portals.
Click Save.
Why it matters
Scenes help you lock in and share consistent views — no need to manually reposition the camera each time.
They’re also a great way to bring specific details to your audience’s attention by guiding them through key moments or focal points in the experience.
2. Refining Existing Scenes
Need to adjust a scene after client feedback or design updates?
Click the dropdown next to the Scene name in the panel.
You can:
Reframe the camera (e.g. new angle or updated model state)
Change the time of day for lighting comparisons
Update the title or description
Add or remove reference images or diagrams
Make sure to click Save after making those changes.
This keeps your presentations aligned with the latest design thinking.
3. Navigating with Scenes
The Scene list in the left-hand panel acts as your presentation playlist:
Click a Scene to instantly jump to that location in the model.
Use this to lead client walkthroughs or internal critiques without manually navigating the space.
For a more focused view:
Collapse the panel using the toggle button in the top-left corner.
Pro Tips
Storyboard your walkthrough: Order Scenes to match the flow of your narrative.
Create alternate versions: Use multiple Scenes to compare options (e.g. Kitchen – Layout A, Layout B).
U images for context: Add references like material samples or previous design iterations to help stakeholders understand decisions.
Keep it collaborative: Encourage team members to add Scenes when noting issues or highlighting changes.
