All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the free trial expires or the new billing date to ensure you will not be charged. If you do not cancel your subscription, you will be charged.  

If you wish to apply for a refund, you have to cancel your account within 10 days of the payment(for monthly subscription plan) or within 30 days of the payment(for yearly subscription plan). Cancellation after the that will not be approved for a refund.

To apply for a refund, you must cancel within AMZ Tracker, and contact our support team. Your monies will be refunded on a pro-rata basis and deducted from the final amount, including a cancellation/service fee.

Usage fee: The monthly fee / 30 * days used
Service fee: According to the actual charges made by our payment provider

-- Cancelled the account 11-30 days after the payment (yearly plan only)
Usage fee: One month of subscription fee
Service fee: According to the actual charges made by our payment provider
