Requesting a refund

How to contact Anara support to request a refund and what to include in your request.

If you've been charged and believe a refund is warranted, the support team can review your case. Refunds are handled individually. The fastest way to get help is through the in-app support chat.

How to request a refund

  1. Click the Support button in the bottom left sidebar.

  2. Click Contact us to start a conversation with the support team.

  3. Describe the charge you're asking about, including the date and amount.

You can also email support@anara.com directly.

What to include

To speed up the review, include:

  • The email address on your Anara account

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Common situations

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Common situations the team handles:

  • Accidental or duplicate charges

  • Charges after an expected cancellation

  • Billing errors

Preventing future charges: To stop being charged, cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription.
