Click the Support button in the bottom left sidebar to open a menu with these options:
Send feedback β Opens a feedback form for bug reports, feature requests, or general thoughts. Goes directly to the Anara team.
Contact us β Opens a live support chat. Use this for billing questions, account issues, or anything that needs a direct response.
User guide β Links to the help center documentation. A good first stop for how-to questions.
Giving feedback on AI responses
For feedback on a specific AI response, use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons below each response in chat. This signals response quality and helps improve the AI over time.
Find the Discord link in the support menu or on the Anara website.
What to include when contacting support
Including these details will get you a faster response:
Your account email
What you were trying to do
What happened instead (including any error messages, copied verbatim)
The name of the file or connector involved, if relevant
Steps to reproduce the issue if possible
