Parking page allows you to accept hourly and daily bookings for parking spaces.
Enable Parking
To enable Parking, open Spacebring and do the following:
Go to Location settings page by pressing the menu (...) near the location name > Parking and turn the "Parking" switch on.
Select the appropriate "Book Ahead" value to define how far in the future users can book parking lots.
Add parking lots
To add a parking lot, open Spacebring and do the following:
Navigate to the Resources > Parking page.
Press the
Addbutton.
3. Fill in the parking lot details.
4. Press Done in the top right corner.

Photo | Upload a photo in 2x1 aspect ratio. |
Name | Create 1 parking lot with a general name that includes the number of parking spaces it allows (e.g., "Parking Lot"). |
Parking space quantity | Specify the number of parking spaces this parking lot allows. |
Description | Add any essential details about the parking lot you want customers to know before booking. |
Availability increment | The frequency of available time for parking space booking. It shows up as a step on booking. |
Min & Max time | Minimum & maximum duration limits for bookings created by all users except administrators. |
Money | The monetary price in the local currency. Users' total payment will depend on the unit price and the flat price stated within a price tier. The $ symbol changes to your currency symbol. |
Credits | The number of credits required to create a booking. Users' total payment for a booking will depend on the unit price and the flat price stated within a price tier. |
Rescheduling policy | The period of no refund and no rescheduling time if a booking is deleted before it starts |
Visibility | Manage access to the parking lot by making it visible to the right customers. |
Booking | Determines what users can immediately book the parking space while others can apply for a booking. Understand booking permissions |
How users book parking spaces
To create a parking booking, users choose the following details:
Date — select the necessary date.
Time — select the desired time.
Booker — user for whom the booking should be made. This feature is exclusive to administrators and company managers, who have the authority to create bookings on behalf of company members when needed.
Company managers can make parking bookings for other company members either with company credits or a company invoice.
Memo — a private note visible only to the user and administrators.
Promo code — allows a user to redeem a discount on the desk booking if they qualify for any discounts.
Payment — select the payment method with which they want to pay. Understand payment methods.
Users can book only one parking spot at a time.
Parking is available on specific plans.
How users edit or cancel a parking booking
To edit a parking booking, users follow these steps:
Open the booking > press
Edittop right.Make changes or press
Cancelto cancel a booking.
The following changes to the parking bookings are allowed:
Rescheduling bookings for another date according to the rescheduling policy.
Cancelling bookings.

Can I offer parking spaces monthly?
If you have members who want to rent a parking space on a monthly basis, add it as a subscription item to their subscription and assign a parking space to them. It will add a monthly recurring fee for parking to their invoices. The parking lot availability on the Parking page will automatically display the reduced number of available parking spaces, helping you and users to track parking lot occupancy.
