How to Send an Invoice on your Desktop

Once you've subscribed to our Business Management Tools, you can easily send an invoice to your customers.

1. Navigate to the home screen of your Angi for Pros site and hover over My business.

2. Next, click on Customers.

3. From your Customer list, you can Add Customer or select and existing customer.

4. Once you've selected your customer, click on Invoice and select Create an Invoice.

5. There are two ways to create an invoice: 1) you can import an existing quote by clicking the Import Existing Quote in the blue banner. This will allow you to select a quote that you have already sent that customer and automatically import all information to the invoice. 2) you can create a new invoice by clicking in Search item name and select an item from your price list or Create item. When creating an item, fill in the necessary info and click Save & Add when finished. You can also add more line items by clicking Add Item.

6. To apply tax, click on the tax rate drop down and select a tax or click Add New Tax. When you're adding a new tax, fill out the name and rate and click Add & Apply New Tax when finished.

7. Discounts can also be added by clicking on Add next to Discount. Fill out the necessary information and click Add Discount when finished. Note: Make sure to select Post-tax or Pre-tax.

8. Once you've finished filling out your invoice, make sure to click Save Invoice. You can also preview a PDF of your invoice by clicking Preview.

9. When you're ready to send your invoice, click Email Invoice. We have prepopulated a Subject and Body Message for your convenience, however those can be edited if needed. Once you've reviewed this, click Send and your invoice will be sent to your customer!
