Documents

  • Added a new “Queue for saving” button in the documents bulk select menu to allow you to quickly schedule multiple documents to save to record at once. These documents will save one at a time, and can be found in the “Queued to save” status afterwards.

    • We've added a new “Ready to save“ status that can be used in Documents Workflows. Documents that receive this status will appear in the new ”Ready to save” status filter so that they can be quickly “Queued for saving”, enabling bulk management of specific documents.

  • Documents that are marked to “Save in background” will now have a “Queued to save” status, to show that they haven't yet been saved the EHR. If you open these queued documents, you will be able to cancel the action or save them immediately.

  • The default document filters have been updated to be more intuitive - all documents that have an error state will appear in the Error tab now, instead of in Processed. We also added new “Queued to save” and ”Ready to save“ status filters.

  • Annie summary changed to exclude historical information mentioned on the document in the extracted summary.

  • Annie tasks changed to capture all medication changes in documents as predicted tasks.

  • Added support for SCRN_BCS_MEDRPT_V4, RAD_MEDRPT_V2, and RAD_NHSRSR_V2 documents through MESH.

  • Documents can now be automatically processed after being synced from your local folders. These local folders can be configured to "auto-process" to enable.

  • Improved usability when navigating between requests and the dashboard.

Analytics

  • Monthly requests and appointments analytics report is now available for self-service under Organisation Settings > Reporting.
