The premium subscription offers you the opportunity to receive free QR tags for your pets. Under the subscription plans:
Yearly – 2 tags
Family – 3 tags
To order your free tags, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Pet Care App by Animal ID 📱
Launch the app on your smartphone and sign into your profile.
Go to the "Promo Codes" Section 🔑
In this section, generate a promo code.
Note: one promo code entitles you to one tag. If you are ordering two tags, you must place two separate orders.
Place Your Order in the App:
Tap the "Redeem Promo Code" button.
A window will open where you need to:
Select the pet for which you want to order the tag.
Open the editor to choose a photo (from the gallery or take a new one), and enter the pet's name and phone number.
Verify that the information entered is correct – the layout cannot be edited, and the tag will be printed exactly as ordered.
Add the order to your cart.
Follow further instructions to place your order.
Check Your Order Status:
After successfully placing your order, you can check the order status in the "Order Status" section on the main page of the app.

You can also copy the promo code in the App and place the order via the website
