How do I create events in AnnuCal?

Learn how to create events directly on the timeline by marking time first and then adding details.

You can create events directly on the timeline. A separate Edit Mode is no longer required.

To create a one-day event, click on a single day. The event details panel opens automatically, and the selected date is already filled in.

To create a multi-day event, click on the day where the event should start, hold the mouse button, and drag across the period you want to plan. When you release the mouse button, the event details panel opens automatically, and the selected start and end dates are already filled in.

You can then add the event title, choose the calendar, adjust the color, and add further details such as a description.

This follows AnnuCal’s planning logic: mark time first, then add details. It is a faster and more natural way to create plans across the year.
