Step-by-Step KYC Process
Open the App: After Login you will be asked to go through the KYC process in order to access the App.
Add your personal details: Make sure that the name you type is the same as the one on the document you provide. If the document uses abbreviations or initials, please use your full names instead.
Take a Selfie: Position your face within the frame and follow the on-screen instructions. The selfie must match the face on the ID document.
Upload Your Government ID: Ensure the document is clear and all details are visible. Follow the app’s prompts to capture the document using your phone’s camera.
Submit: Once all documents are uploaded and the selfie is taken, submit your KYC application. The app will notify you when the submission is successful.
Verification Period: The verification process typically takes anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the volume of requests. You will receive a push notification when your verification is complete.
Tips for Smooth Verification
Type of documents accepted: In the majority of the cases, the best document to use is your Passport. If you don’t have a Passport, a National ID or a Driving License will usually suffice.
Take a Good ID Picture: Take the picture of the ID in a well-lit environment. Make sure all four corners of the document are visible and there are no reflections (if your phone’s flashlight is on, be sure to switch it off). Clean the lens, hold the phone steady, position the camera in a way that the picture frame touches the edges of the document – once it does, the picture will be taken automatically. After the picture has been captured, make sure that the information on it is legible. If you’re not sure of the quality, retake the picture before submitting it.
Accurate details: Make sure there are no spelling mistakes the street details are written as in the document that you will submit.
Face matches ID photo: If your current appearance differs from your ID photo, ensure that your selfie is as clear as possible for accurate comparison.
Internet connection: KYC submission requires a stable connection. Use a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to avoid submission errors.

This is a case-by-case process and may take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of business days, depending on many factors (e.g. your country of application, nationality, quality of the pictures, etc.)
Verification Incomplete
Description: An issue occurred with one or more of the above-listed elements in your application and we need you to repeat the process
