Oftentimes during the cleaning process of the device, when you re-attach the stainless steel sleeve it may not seat properly. This is the reason why the sleeve may be loose or unable to fit correctly.

Simply remove the sleeve fully and re-attach it again. Make sure that the metal indentations on the sleeve aligns with the grooves on the device, and twist to the right until it locks completely.
