For US customers, we ship our devices out of California. Please allow up to 2 business days for your device to ship. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

For our Canadian customers, the devices ship out of Mississauga and Richmond. Please allow up to 2 business days for your device to ship from one of the two locations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that Canadian purchases will not pay duties or customs charges.

For our international customers, the devices ship out from the Netherlands, Australia and Hong Kong. Please allow up to 2 business days for your device to ship from one of the two locations. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
