Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policies

We provide the best sous-vide devices in the world. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, just return your sous-vide device within 100 days of receiving your unit for a full refund of your purchase price.

To be eligible for a full refund, you must:

  • Have purchased the device in the last 100 days from https://anovaculinary.com by you - If you received it as a gift, we will only be able to credit the original purchaser

  • You have the original order number or email that was used to purchase the unit

* Full refunds can only be provided within 100 days of purchase. If the device was purchased through a reseller, retail partner or another website, we will not be able to provide a refund of payment. We cannot provide a full refund for any damages done to the device, not covered under our warranty.

 To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 2 years from the date of purchase

  • You have the original order number or email that was used to purchase the unit

If you have purchased the device through a different website or retailer, you must provide a receipt of purchase. Any damages to the device not covered under our warranty, will not be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange are paid for by Anova Culinary via prepaid waybill issued by the support team.

Damaged and Defective items

We provide a full one year warranty for all of our Anova Culinary products from the date of customer receiving the product.

If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately for assistance. Please note that if we do not have an exact replacement for your unit, we will replace it with a similar unit of equal or greater value.
