Pathways can be created and edited by any user type. They help determine how ready a company is before starting a material event or as a general tool to keep all the company's information up to date.

When signing up to Pathways people will have access to the Ansarada Topics, which are based on research from over 25,000 deals to determine what information companies need when preparing for a material event.

Pathways are assigned to companies to complete when they are invited. When a company is completing a Pathway, they will be assigned a score to help determine how ready they are. Learn more about how Pathways are calculated here.

Areas

Areas have been created by Ansarada based on research from thousands of deals. When creating custom Topics, Admins can create new Areas. Areas are located within a Pathway and contain all of the Topics related to that Area. Areas can be renamed by anyone who has access. Learn more about Areas here.

Topics

Topics belong to Areas and are required to be completed by companies who have access to the Pathway. When a company is taking the Pathway, they are required to mark off the Requirements and upload the requested documentation. Each Topic has a Topic guide, to advise the users why this documentation is needed. Learn more about Topics here.

Requirements

Each Topic will have Requirements determined by users that have access to the Pathway. An example of some Requirements are: Updated in the last 12 months or Reviewed quarterly. Once Requirements have been checked off, the company can upload all the relevant documentation.

Documents

Documents can be uploaded either directly into the Topic or into the Documents section, which acts as a Document Index. All roles can add files into the Topics to complete the Requirements. These documents must then be reviewed and verified. During the process, any person can request updates for documents.
