View Excel files on iPhone or iPad

To view Ansarada Room reports on an iPhone or iPad you'll need to install the Microsoft Excel app.

Some Excel reports can be viewed on iPhones and iPads. To view them:

1. Go to the App Store on your device.

2. Download the Microsoft Excel App.

3. Go to Safari and log into the Room.

4. Select Menu and View then Reports.

5. Select the report you want to view.

⚠️Good to know: The Excel reports that can be viewed on iPhones and iPads are:

  • Views Summary

  • View Summary by Date

  • Activity Summary

  • Logins Summary by Date

  • Q&A Summary

  • Q&A Summary by Date

ℹ️These reports only accessible to Admins and Viewers.

6. Safari will prompt you to open the reports with the Excel App.
