How to Download the Activity Log by Person Report
Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room
Log in at dash.ansarada.com
Step 2: Navigate to the Reports section
On the left-hand side, click "Reports" under "View."
Step 3: Locate the Activity log by person report
Scroll down to the “People” section and click on “Activity Log by Person”.
Step 4: Run the Activity log by person report
Locate the user you want to view the report for and click the graph icon to the right of their email address.

In addition to the above, as a data room administrator, you can ask Aida questions about document views.

Why doesn’t the report show that the user has viewed any documents?
The report may not show that the user has viewed any documents because the user has not viewed any documents yet, or the documents do not have Ansarada Security applied, which is required for tracking.

Single downloads are not tracked yet by any report available. As this doesn't reflect if they have opened it we do not track that activity. Any time a secure file is opened either in the room or after download to a desktop, it will register as a view in the reporting.
