Q&A Summary Report

What is and how to create a Q&A summary report; A report summarising activity on questions and answers.

The Q&A Summary report is available to Admins and Viewers with a Q&A role and provides a complete overview of all questions submitted to the Q&A section of the Room.

It displays the total number of questions submitted by Authors, including those still awaiting approval from an Approver.

You can filter the report by team, person, user status (enabled/disabled), and date range to gain targeted insights into Q&A activity.

How to create the report:

Step 1: Log in to the Ansarada Data Room

Log in at dash.ansarada.com.

Step 2: Go to the Left menu

Under View, select Reports.

Step 3: Select the Q&A Summary report

Under Q&A, choose Q&A summary.

Step 4: Adjust your filters

You can refine the report using the following options:

  • View by (team, user etc)

  • Period (time frame)

  • Format (HTML, or excel)

  • Person status (enabled or disabled)

Step 5: Select View

Click View to generate the report.

💡 Tip: For date‑driven reporting, use the Q&A summary by date report.

What does the Q&A Summary report show?

It shows the total number of questions submitted by Authors, including those awaiting approval from Approvers.

Am I able to see how many questions have been asked according to their priority level?

Yes, is you export the Excel version of the Q&A Summary report you will be able to see the Summary of questions according to their priority selected originally.

Who can access this report?

Only Admins and Viewers with a Q&A role can access it.

What filters can I apply?

You can filter the report by:

  • Team / Person

  • Enabled or disabled users

  • Time period

  • View format (as per the report’s filter options)

Am I able to see the list of questions being asked during the deal?

No, this Q&A Summary report shows metrics only. The Q&As listed on a sigle report can be exported from the Export Q&A to Excel report.
