If you have been asked by support to reset your app to to default, follow the instructions below for your device and log in again.
For Windows 10
From the Login Screen, right-click the “Board” logo:
Click “OK” to confirm the reset:
Log in again using your existing username and password.
For iOS
Open Settings > Ansarada, and toggle "Reset to defaults" ON:
Open the Ansarada Board app and log again using your existing username and password.
For macOS
Select File > Delete data > Delete defaults:
Click “Yes” to confirm the reset:
Log in again using your existing username and password.
