How to add a calendar event to your board or committee

1. Select the Board or Committee of the calendar event

2. Select Calendar section from the Boards/Committees tab

3. Select Create new event

4. Enter the event details:

Event Description

eg. the name of the event

Start Date

Must be on or after the current date

Start Time

24hr format HH:MM

Duration

In minutes ie. 1 hour = 60

5. Select Create event

6. To view the event, select the month it falls in
