If you have a large number of events to add to the Calendar, you can choose to import the events using a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.
Create an Event Table using Excel
1. Create a new blank spreadsheet and add the following header columns

2. Add each new event on a separate row
3. When you are finished editing the table, select Save As, then select the CSV (Comma delimited) (.csv) file format
4. Select Save.
Excel may warn that "Some features in your workbook might be lost" by saving your spreadsheet in CSV format. If you receive this warning, select Yes to keep using the format:
Create an Event List using a Text Editor
1. Create a new plain text file using a text editor eg. Notepad or TextEdit, and add the following header row, separated by a comma "," with no spaces

3. When you are finished editing the text file, select Save As or Save.
If required, append the file name with the extension ".csv":
Import the CSV
1. Select the Board or Committee of the calendar event
2. Select Calendar section from the Boards/Committees tab
3. Select Import CSV
4. Select the CSV file from your computer. Review the events to be imported
5. Select a field to edit it
6. Deselect an event to exclude it from the import
7. Select Start
8. Your events will now be imported, to view the events select the month they fall into
