SynthaceHub creates a log of everything it does. If SynthaceHub displays an error message when you use it, these logs might help us to resolve your problem.
On the Logs tab, SynthaceHub displays a list of logs. The oldest log is at the top, and the newest log is at the bottom.
Send every log
We might ask you to send every log from a number of previous days.
From the SynthaceHub homepage, go to Profile > Advanced.
On the Logs tab, click SAVE LOGS.
In Save logs, specify the number of days from which we ask you send every log.
If we ask you to include the SynthaceHub database, check Include database.
Click SAVE LOGS.
When the download finishes, send the ZIP file to us.
Send specific logs
We might ask you to send specific logs.
From the SynthaceHub homepage, go to Profile > Advanced.
On the Logs tab, in Number of logs, type the number of logs that you want SynthaceHub to display.
SynthaceHub displays the number of logs that you specify from the most recent event that it recorded.
Example: If you type 3, SynthaceHub will display the most recent, second most recent and third most recent events.
In Filter, type any word by which you want to filter the list of logs.
Example: If the error message relates to a plate reader, type plate reader to filter the list of logs so that SynthaceHub only displays the events that involve the plate reader.
Click COPY to copy the logs to your clipboard.
Send the logs to us.
