Enable barcode scanning

If you use barcodes to track your plates in a laboratory information management system or electronic lab notebook, enable barcode scanning.

If you enable barcode scanning, when you run an execution, SynthaceHub will prompt you to scan the barcodes on the plates in the execution.

To enable barcode scanning, use the Advanced Settings page to turn on Enable scanning barcodes.

  1. From the SynthaceHub homepage, go to Profile > Advanced.

  2. On the Settings tab, turn on Enable scanning barcodes.
