The Variables panel has sections that relate to an automatic assignment of columns to types of data:
Responses are measurements that Synthace takes from uploaded data files and includes by default.
Execution Factors are metadata generated by or recorded from the workflow during simulation: volumes, concentrations, units and tags. Synthace includes some of these by default.
Ignores relates to columns that are unlikely to be of interest as they are largely technical. Synthace excludes them by default.
Note: The choices that you make in this panel have no effect on the resulting dataset if you wire this data processing application into another. All of the columns will be present.
