Using derived Factors

A handy walkthrough explaining how you can use derived factors to create relationships between liquids in your DOE.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

In this video, we demonstrate how to use derived factors in your DOE design to prepare a mixture to a target composition. The mixture composition in this case, has a pH factor.

We first use a custom factor to define the pH levels we want to test, then use derived factor types to specify the addition of both the diluent and some mixture components. This demonstrates how "IF" logic and liquid pairing can be used within Synthace's DOE tools.
