Antla can send a completed virtual try-on to Klaviyo as an event. That event can start a personalized follow-up flow—for example, an email that shows the shopper’s try-on, recommends another look, or presents several alternatives.
This article explains the required shopper conditions, how to collect consent, and how to confirm that Antla is sending events successfully.
How the integration works
A shopper completes a virtual try-on in your store.
Antla verifies that the shopper is eligible for marketing follow-up.
Antla sends an
Antla campaign eventto Klaviyo with the relevant try-on and product data. The matching Klaviyo flow begins. You can then use Klaviyo’s messages, delays, splits, filters, webhooks, list updates, and other actions.
Antla supplies the event and its data; Klaviyo controls what happens after the event enters the flow.
Before you start
Confirm that:
the Klaviyo integration shows Integration enabled in Antla;
customers can log in to your storefront;
the terms and consent controls are enabled in Antla’s On Site Design settings; and
the customer is subscribed to Klaviyo email marketing.
The three required shopper conditions
The Virtual try-on completed trigger fires only when all three conditions are true:
Customer is logged in. Guest try-ons do not trigger the email.
Consented to outfit imagery. The customer opted in to be shown in AI-generated outfits.
Customer is subscribed to Klaviyo marketing. Unsubscribed customers do not trigger the email.
Antla skips ineligible shoppers automatically. You do not need to recreate these three eligibility checks as additional Klaviyo filters.
Enable the consent controls
In Antla, open On Site Design.
Select the Pre Try-On tab.
Turn on Terms and Conditions.
Enter the standard Terms and Conditions text shown to logged-out shoppers.
Enter the Email marketing consent text shown to logged-in shoppers instead of the standard terms text.
Add the Terms and Conditions link.
Review the live preview to make sure the checkbox and linked copy are clear.
Use copy that accurately describes your store’s practices and meets the requirements that apply to your business and audience.
Choose the Klaviyo subscriber list
On Integrations → Klaviyo, use List configuration to select the Klaviyo list Antla should use for new subscribers. Antla creates a default list automatically when the connection is established; you can select another existing list if needed.
Using a dedicated list makes it easier to identify and re-engage shoppers who entered through the Antla experience.
Monitor the integration
The Antla integration page provides two levels of monitoring:
Antla Email Events shows each flow’s status, events sent, try-ons, conversion rate, and attributed revenue.
Status and diagnostics shows enriched profiles, events sent during the last seven days, the error rate, and the last successful event write.
If a shopper does not enter the flow
Check the following in order:
The integration is enabled.
The Antla flow is live.
The shopper was logged in when completing the try-on.
The shopper accepted the outfit-imagery consent.
The shopper is subscribed to Klaviyo marketing.
The tried-on product matches the flow’s audience rules.
Antla’s diagnostics show a recent successful event and no current errors.
The corresponding Klaviyo flow and message are live.
