What Is Insights AI?
Insights AI autonomously reviews ANVL workflow data and surfaces:
Top hazards or issues at a site
Supporting evidence from real workflows
AI-generated improvement recommendations
Insights are refreshed on a monthly basis and are scoped to a specific group or site.
Who Has Access
Insights AI is a permission-based feature.
Access is controlled by your Business Administrator
If enabled for you, it appears under the Analytics menu as ANVL Insights
If you don’t see it, you may not have access yet.
How to View Insights
Open the Manager Dashboard
Go to Analytics → ANVL Insights
Select a month to view insights for that period
Insights are grouped by site or group and show the top 4–5 key issues.
What You’ll See
Each insight includes:
Issue summary (e.g., vehicle collisions)
Site-specific evidence pulled from workflows
Links to the underlying workflows
Recommended actions for improvement
These recommendations are AI-generated and should be reviewed before acting.
How Insights AI Works
Insights AI uses a closed, proprietary AI model (not public AI tools).
It analyzes:
Open text responses (comments, descriptions)
Structured data (checklists, yes/no answers)
This allows it to identify patterns such as:
Repeated hazards
Training gaps
High-risk activities

How to Request Access
To request access:
Submit a request through the ANVL Help Center, or
Contact your Business Administrator
Administrators can grant access by enabling Risk Insights for users in the admin portal.
