Answer

The icons in Live Feed help you quickly identify workflow activity and escalation status in ANVL Insights. They show whether a workflow includes a Stop, Intervention, or Flag, and the color and background indicate whether the item is open, in review, or closed.

Steps

  1. Open Live Feed in ANVL Insights.

  2. Review the icons shown above the filter dropdowns.

  3. Use the icon type to identify the kind of issue:

    • Blue box = completed workflow

    • Red stop sign = Stop

    • Yellow exclamation mark = Intervention

    • Orange flag = Flag

  4. Use the color and background to understand the status:

    • Solid color background = Open

    • White background with colored outline = In Review

    • Green background = Closed

Additional Details

  • Stops indicate critical concerns or hazards that may require immediate attention.

  • Interventions indicate elevated risk or an area that needs additional attention.

  • Flags highlight specific questions, observations, or issues raised by frontline users.

  • These icons appear in Live Feed and within individual workflow records.
