This legend can help you quickly interpret the status of workflows based on their icons and color-coding in the Live Feed.

Icons and Color Coding for Live Feed

In the Live Feed and within individual workflows, you’ll notice various color-coded symbols that provide insight into the current status of key events and issues raised by frontline workers.

These icons represent Stops, Interventions, and Flags, each with distinct colors and backgrounds to help you quickly identify critical concerns, heightened risks, and highlighted questions. Here’s a breakdown of what each icon means and how to interpret their escalation status.


Overview

  • All Workflows (Blue Box): Represents the total number of workflows completed.

  • Stops: Represents workflows that contain critical concerns or hazards.

  • Interventions: Represents workflows with areas that require additional attention due to heightened risk.

  • Flags: Represents workflows with highlighted questions or observations by frontline workers.

Stops (Red Stop Sign Icon)

Critical Concern or Hazard: This indicates a serious issue that requires immediate attention.

Escalation Status:

  • Red background: The issue is actively open and requires resolution.

  • White background with red outline: The issue is under review.

  • Green background: The issue has been resolved and closed.

Interventions (Yellow Exclamation Mark Icon)

Heightened Risk: This suggests an area where there is an elevated level of risk.


Escalation Status

  • Yellow background: The intervention is active and needs action.

  • White background with yellow outline: The intervention is in review.

  • Green background: The intervention has been closed successfully.

Flags (Orange Flag Icon)

Highlighted Question or Observation: A flag is raised by frontline workers to draw attention to a particular question or observation.


Escalation Status

  • Orange background: The flag is open and action may be required.

  • White background with orange outline: The flag is under review.

  • Green background: The flag has been closed after review.
