How the dispute process works

1. We'll review your dispute

Once we receive your completed dispute form, we'll raise a chargeback on your behalf with Mastercard. Please note, the chargeback process can take up to 120 days and begins the day you report the transaction.

2. We'll let you know the outcome

If your dispute was successful we'll automatically refund your money back to your original card. After which we can transfer them over to your active card if you've replaced your card.

Disputing a transaction does not guarantee we can get your money back, even with supporting documents.
